Upside Down Apple Cake #sugarfree #glutenfree #paleo

This cake is absolutely beautiful. Imagine that, you can impress everybody with your cooking skills, plus serve a delicious, healthy, #sugarfree and #glutenfree upside down apple cake.

You know, we need to make food that is good for our body and pretty enough for our eyes. 😀

  • Apple topping
    • 50g of butter
    • 2 sliced apples
    • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon of raw honey (optional)
  • Cake
    • 1/2 cup of almond flour
    • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
    • 1 tablespoon of psyllium
    • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
    • A pinch of salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
    • 75g of butter
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
    • 1 cup of yogurt
  1. Apple topping
    1. Get 50g of butter and break it into small pieces. Place them in a cake pan.
    2. Also add two sliced apples, placing them into the cake pan in a pretty way (check on the video how Handy did it).
    3. Next add over them, one tablespoon of cinnamon and finish with one tablespoon of honey.
    4. Reserve the apples for later.
  2. Cake time
    1. Mix together all dry ingredients. Reserve.
    2. Then, using your stand mixer, add 75 grams of butter and beat it until the butter gets fluffy.
    3. Next add eggs, lemon juice and yogurt.
    4. Stop your stand mixer and, using a spatula, fold it into the dry mixture.
    5. Pour the batter on the apple topping.
    6. Bake it for 35 minutes in a preheated oven to 160C (320F).
    7. Wait a few minutes before removing it from the cake pan.
    8. Enjoy it. 🙂

Let’s make some Raw Fruit Ice Cream! This recipe is totally sugar-free and so easy, it is unbelievable!

  • Fruit Ice Cream
    • 100g of raw frozen fruit (here we used mangos, bananas, and blueberries)
    • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • Chocolate Ice Cream
    • 100g of raw frozen bananas
    • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
    • 1 tablespoon of hazelnut butter
  1. Mix all together ( fruit you chose + yogurt) in a food processor.
  2. Enjoy it.

Hello again everyone!
It’s Mel here and today we are going to cook one of my favourite things here in Australia: banana bread.

This is so authentic and delicious… hmmm prepare a good piece of butter and enjoy this with a cup of coffee or tea this afternoon.

  • 1/3 cup of coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons of psyllium
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  1. Preheat oven to 160C (320F).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
  3. In a second bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
  4. Add your mashed bananas to the wet ingredients and mix them well.
  5. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Grease a loaf pan or use a silicon one, if you prefer.
  7. Pour your batter into the loaf pan and bake it for 30 minutes.
  8. Let it cool down before serving.

Hello there!
It’s Lu here and today Handy surprised me with an incredible recipe: low carb Oreo® Cookies.

Can you believe that? I can’t stop eating them! 🙂
OK, I will stop for a second and tell you how to make this recipe.

  • Filling
    • 100g of cream cheese (at room temperature)
    • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar (or any sweetener you like)
  • Cookie
    • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
    • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    • 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar (or any sweetener you like)
    • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
    • a pinch of salt
    • 3 large eggs
    • 2 tablespoons of coconut cream
    • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  1. Preheat oven to 250C (482F)
  2. Mix all the filling ingredients together and reserve.
  3. Now for the cookie, in a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (first five).
  4. In another and separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients (last three)
  5. Put together the two mixtures you have for the cookies, mixing them well.
  6. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop your dough on it and let things bake for 10 minutes.
  8. After your cookies cool down, assemble it like a sandwich – putting the filling in the middle.
  9. Enjoy it.

Hi folks!
It is Leo here again and today I want to invite you to have some yummy Low Carb Scones with me.
Hmmm with some jam and cream, delicious!

This is a very easy recipe to follow, so you can prepare them in no time at all.

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (390F)
  2. Mix well the first five ingredients (the dry ones).
  3. Now add in sequence and mixing properly after each addition: coconut cream, eggs, and coconut oil.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Add it to the first mixture until everything is fully combined.
  6. Cover a baking pan with parchment paper (also known as bakery paper).
  7. Create small balls of dough on your baking pan (feel free to create them any size you want).
  8. Put them in the oven for 15 minutes, or until golden.
  9. Let it cool down before serving and enjoy it with some jam or cream!
