Raise a hand who never had a hard time trying to replicate that perfect bread texture in a low carb recipe. There are many recipes out there, sure thing, but the success rate is too low. However, to start the year with good vibes, here is THE Perfect Low Carb Bread recipe.

Mate, this is the best one! Easy and quick to make, amazing texture, and perfect flavour.

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups (224 g) of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups (160 g) of almond flour
  • 6 tablespoons of pure cream
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
 Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 150C (300F)
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor, then mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Pour the batter in a loaf pan greased with coconut oil (or use a silicon one).
  4. Bake it for 40 min or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool. I’m kidding :P, spread some yummy butter and eat it whilst still warm. 🙂

We are finally back with new videos! Second season starts this week full of new, delicious, and easy to make recipes. All gluten free, sugar free and grain free. 🙂

To start, let’s learn how to make an amazing Pumpkin Bread; absolutely delicious with some butter or anything else you may prefer. You can either watch the video above or follow the directions below:

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup of coconut flour (92 grams)
  • 4 tablespoons of psyllium
  • 4 teaspoons of baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted (120ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 400g of baked and cool pumpkin, mashed
  • 20g of pumpkin seeds to garnish
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 150C (300F)
  2. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Reserve.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add coconut oil and vinegar. Mix all together.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture.
  5. Now add the mashed pumpkin and mix things well.
  6. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil (or use a silicon one) and pour your batter into it.
  7. Garnish with some pumpkin seeds to enhance the presentation. Simply sprinkle them over the bread.
  8. Bake it for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  9. Spread some yummy butter on it and eat while still warm. 🙂

It is Leo here again and today I want to invite you to have some yummy Low Carb Scones with me.
Hmmm with some jam and cream, delicious!

This is a very easy recipe to follow, so you can prepare them in no time at all.

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 200C (390F)
  2. Mix well the first five ingredients (the dry ones).
  3. Now add in sequence and mixing properly after each addition: coconut cream, eggs, and coconut oil.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Add it to the first mixture until everything is fully combined.
  6. Cover a baking pan with parchment paper (also known as bakery paper).
  7. Create small balls of dough on your baking pan (feel free to create them any size you want).
  8. Put them in the oven for 15 minutes, or until golden.
  9. Let it cool down before serving and enjoy it with some jam or cream!

I’m Leo and I’m here today to show how easy it is to make a delicious and fluffy Low Carb Almond Bread.

Handy is going to prepare everything for me so, just between us, she is not that smart and can’t talk… so while I explain the recipe, she is going to make it.

OK, let’s prepare our Low Carb Almond Bread.

Ingredients
  • 5 cups of almond meal
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of raw honey (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons of apple vinegar
  • 6 eggs
Directions
  1. Before starting, preheat oven to 150C (300F).
  2. You can use a silicon loaf pan or a regular pan greased with coconut oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the honey and then the vinegar.
  5. Now, add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix well.
  6. Fill your loaf pan and bake it for 45 minutes (or until golden brown).
  7. Ta-Da! It’s ready!
