Eat, Fast and Live Longer is a free TV documentary where Dr Michael Mosley takes you through this journey to achieve his ambitious goals: stay younger, live longer, and lose weight without drastic changes to his current lifestyle.
It was published by the BBC TV in May, 2015.
Along the way, he discovers the ancient idea of fasting, and testing it on himself, he has found a method of achieving his goals in a way that still allows him to enjoy the food he is used to eat on a daily basis.
It is indeed an insightful documentary that can bring a valuable alternative for those that like the fasting idea (and all the good things that come along), but are not 100% sure on how to do it.
Worth watching. 🙂
